About the Role

Project Expedition is a rapidly growing travel company looking for a Content Expansion Associate to join our Supplier Partnerships Team.

In this role, you’ll help bring new tour operators and suppliers onto our platform and make sure they have everything they need to launch successfully. You’ll manage onboarding projects, build supplier relationships, review content, support technical setup, and work with internal teams to solve problems and improve processes.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once.

What You’ll Do

• Manage supplier onboarding from initial engagement through launch
• Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers during onboarding
• Guide suppliers through onboarding requirements, content standards, and platform processes
• Track onboarding timelines, activation rates, and quality standards
• Coordinate onboarding activities across multiple internal teams
• Answer supplier questions and proactively resolve onboarding challenges
• Review and improve product descriptions, inclusions, meeting points, images, and other content
• Conduct quality checks before products go live
• Work with suppliers to resolve missing or inaccurate information
• Support supplier integrations and technical onboarding
• Troubleshoot day-to-day operational and technical issues
• Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes and documentation
• Track onboarding performance and share insights with the team
• Use AI tools to streamline and automate repetitive tasks and processes

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in supplier onboarding, account management, operations, content management, or a similar role
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working with operational and technical teams
• Basic understanding of APIs and how they deliver pricing, availability, and content to a platform
• Comfortable working with data across multiple systems and CRMs
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Marketplace, e-commerce, or travel industry experience is a plus
• Fluent in English with strong written communication skills
