Role Overview
The Compensation Analyst is responsible for designing, analyzing and administering compensation programs that ensure the organization’s pay practices are competitive, equitable and aligned with business objectives. This role used market data, internal analytics and regulatory frameworks to support and create salary structures, incentive programs and compensation decision-making.
