The Client Generation Manager (Virtual) is responsible for executing and optimizing multi-channel marketing initiatives that generate qualified demos and new paying clients within the legal industry.

This role is hands-on and performance-driven, combining paid media execution, SEO strategy, web optimization, and funnel analytics. The position requires disciplined reporting, daily optimization, and a strong focus on revenue outcomes — not just lead volume.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Paid Media Campaign Execution (Hands-On)
    • Build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and YouTube
    • Manage targeting, creative testing, budget allocation, and performance scaling
    • Monitor daily performance metrics and make optimization adjustments
    • Implement retargeting and nurture strategies to improve demo show rates
    • Align paid traffic strategy with landing page performance
  • SEO Strategy & Execution
    • Conduct keyword research aligned with high-intent legal decision-makers
    • Optimize landing pages, blogs, and service pages for search intent
    • Improve on-page SEO (metadata, headers, internal linking, schema)
    • Collaborate on content planning based on ranking and opportunity gaps
    • Monitor rankings, organic traffic growth, and organic conversions
    • Identify technical SEO issues and coordinate fixes with developers
  • Web Design & Development (Performance-Focused)
    • Oversee landing page design and website optimization for conversion
    • Collaborate with developers and designers to implement CRO improvements
    • Identify UX/UI friction points impacting demo bookings
    • Recommend layout, messaging, and structural changes based on performance data
    • Ensure website speed, mobile responsiveness, and technical health
    • QA new pages and funnels before launch
    • Support integration of tracking tools, pixels, CRM forms, and automation workflows
    • Maintain alignment between brand messaging, SEO structure, and paid campaign objectives
    • *This role does not require deep coding expertise but does require strong understanding of web performance, conversion architecture, and marketing-driven site improvements.
  • Funnel & KPI Management
    • Track and report on:
      • Cost per lead
      • Cost per booked demo
      • Cost per completed demo
      • Cost per acquisition (CPA)
      • Customer acquisition cost (CAC)
      • Organic traffic growth
      • Organic conversion rates
      • Landing page conversion rates
    • *Identify drop-offs across paid and organic funnels and recommend optimization strategies.
    • *Maintain structured weekly reporting tied directly to revenue impact.
  • Vendor Coordination
    • Work alongside paid media, SEO, and development vendors
    • Monitor deliverables and performance benchmarks
    • Escalate underperformance and recommend corrective actions
    • Ensure vendor execution aligns with revenue goals
  • Revenue & Sales Alignment
    • Collaborate with SDRs and Sales teams to monitor lead quality
    • Adjust targeting, messaging, and keyword strategy based on close-rate feedback
    • Ensure clean attribution tracking from marketing to closed revenue
  • Testing & Optimization
    • Run structured A/B tests across ads, landing pages, and messaging
    • Document results and scale winning strategies
    • Continuously improve conversion rates while reducing CAC

Requirements

  • 2–4 years experience in performance marketing (paid + organic)
  • Hands-on experience building campaigns inside Meta and Google Ads
  • Working knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, GSC, GA4, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization principles
  • Experience collaborating with web developers and designers
  • Understanding of landing page architecture and funnel psychology
  • Strong reporting and analytical discipline
  • Comfortable working in a remote, KPI-driven environment

Preferred:

  • Experience working with a staffing company, recruiting agency, or talent marketplace
  • Experience writing content for marketplace or platform-style websites (browsing, service categories, self-service models)

  • A stable and high-speed internet connection preferably 25 MBPS or higher with backup in cases of power interruption or service provider issues.
  • Own PC/laptop with 8GB RAM, and a processor of Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 3 / 2013 Mac equivalent or higher; Windows 10 or above / Catalina 10.15 or newer; with up-to-date web browsers, and security software, 500GB/128 SSD storage
  • Headset/earphone with noise cancellation and webcam at 720p or higher resolution
  • A designated, quiet, and well-organized workspace free from distractions to facilitate focused work
