Summary:
The Program Management Intern will play a vital role in supporting the planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of public health programs, pilot projects, and strategic initiatives within a dynamic health technology organization. Collaborating closely with the Public Health and Program Management teams, the intern will gain hands-on experience in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, data management, research, reporting, and program delivery. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of public health programs, pilot projects, and strategic initiatives.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate program records and support the preparation of reports for management, donors, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to monitoring and evaluation efforts by collecting, analyzing, and presenting program data and findings.
- Coordinate project timelines, meetings, travel logistics, and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders.
- Draft correspondence, meeting minutes, reports, presentations, and other program-related documentation.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for efficient access to program records.
- Liaise with healthcare facilities, ambulance providers, government agencies, community partners, and other key stakeholders.
- Support procurement, inventory management, logistics, training sessions, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Assist with communications, research, and tracking of project deliverables and timelines.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Public Health and Program Management team.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management to advance organizational goals.
