What you can expect as a Claims Business Analyst: 

• Analyze claims data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and root causes impacting claim severity, leakage, cycle time, re-open rates, expense management, and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with Claims Operations, Quality Assurance, SIU, Finance, and leadership to translate business questions into analytical requirements and success metrics. 
• Develop actionable insights and recommendations to improve claims handling practices, reduce operational risk, and enhance efficiency across the claims lifecycle. 
• Monitor emerging trends in claims performance and proactively communicate insights, risks, and opportunities to claims leadership. 
• Perform detailed analysis to identify cost drivers, operational inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimization. 
• Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences, tailoring communication to adjusters, managers, and executives.
