Primary Function/General Purpose of Position

Serves as the enterprise executive accountable for Global Enablement and operating model transformation across the organization. Owns enterprise transformation governance, financial value realization and global operating model standardization in support of Global Business strategy. Acts as a key advisor to executive leadership on enterprise redesign, migration strategy, and long-term structure optimization, accountable for multi-year, multi-million-dollar transformation portfolio to enterprise financial objectives.

Essential Job Functions

  • Defines and leads the enterprise Global Enablement strategy across all phases of transformation (Discern, Design, Build, Transition, and Optimization), including integration of digital, automation, and AI-enabled transformation levers, ensuring alignment to long-term enterprise objectives.
  • Owns enterprise transformation governance, chairing governance forums and advising executive leadership on prioritization, funding allocation and workforce strategy decisions.
  • Accountable for enterprise value realization, co-owning financial outcomes with Finance, including business case approval, ROI validation, and delivery of multi-year savings commitments.
  • Leads enterprise workforce transformation strategy, including optimization across labor, automation, AI augmentation, and work elimination, ensuring alignment to cost, quality, and service objectives.
  • Owns prioritization and governance of the enterprise transformation and migration portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic, financial, and operational priorities.
  • Defines and enforces standardized methodologies, frameworks, and controls to enable scalable, repeatable, and compliant transformation of execution across the enterprise.
  • Sets enterprise operating model standards in collaboration with Global Business Services leadership, ensuring integration between Enablement capabilities and service delivery outcomes.
  • Establishes enterprise engagement models with COEs (Organizational Design, Change Management, Talent Acquisition, Communications, Compliance), ensuring consistent application of standards while maintaining clear accountability across functions.
  • Owns enterprise transformation risk management, ensuring regulatory compliance, data security, operational continuity, and stakeholder alignment across global migrations and operating model changes.
  • Establishes and enforces performance management frameworks, including dashboards, KPIs, and reporting to monitor execution, track benefits realization, and drive accountability across all transformation initiatives.
  • Builds and leads a high-performing global organization, developing leadership capability, driving operational excellence, and enabling continuous improvement across geographies.
  • Represents the organization externally in strategic partnerships, consulting engagements, and industry forums related to enterprise transformation and global operating model strategy, bringing leading practices, market intelligence, and innovation into enterprise transformation strategy.

Licensing/Certification

Preferred:

  • Lean / Six Sigma Certification

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent transformation / program management certification

  • Prosci or equivalent Change Management certification

Education

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Research and Development Management or Technology Management or other related discipline.

Work Experience

Required:

  • 18+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise transformation, organizational design, shared services, or large-scale operational change initiatives

  • 8+ years in executive-level leadership roles with enterprise accountability

Preferred:

  • Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation in multi-entity or multi-national organizations
