Role Overview

As Pest Control Partnership continues to grow across multiple businesses and countries, we are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Recruitment Coordinator to support the delivery of our operational recruitment activities.

Working closely with hiring managers, the Recruitment Specialist and local HR teams, you will coordinate the recruitment process from vacancy approval through to onboarding, ensuring candidates receive an outstanding experience while helping managers recruit quickly and effectively.

This is a hands-on, administrative and coordination role, ideally suited to someone who enjoys working at pace, building relationships and delivering excellent service.

The role will predominantly support operational recruitment across our businesses, with a particular focus on technician and operational vacancies.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Coordination

• Manage vacancies throughout the recruitment lifecycle using Workday.
• Create and publish job adverts across appropriate recruitment channels.
• Screen applications against agreed role requirements.
• Produce high-quality shortlists for hiring managers.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate the recruitment process.
• Obtain interview feedback promptly and communicate outcomes to candidates.
• Ensure recruitment activity progresses efficiently to reduce vacancy ageing.

Outcome: Vacancies progress quickly through the recruitment process with excellent stakeholder communication.

Candidate Experience

• Act as the first point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure timely communication at every stage of recruitment.
• Provide a professional, engaging and positive candidate experience.
• Build relationships with candidates for future opportunities.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within Workday.
• Conduct exit interviews with departing employees to gather valuable feedback and insights. Analyse trends and identify opportunities for improvement to support long-term retention across the business.

Outcome: Candidates receive a professional, consistent and positive recruitment experience.

Hiring & Onboarding Administration

• Draft job descriptions and update them in line with organisational changes.
• Process new hires within Workday.
• Coordinate all pre-employment checks and onboarding documentation.
• Ensure new starters are fully prepared for their first day.
• Continue to monitor the employee’s onboarding journey. Conduct follow-up meetings with new hires to ensure they are integrating successfully into the business and receiving the support they need to become fully effective in their role.
• Work closely with HR teams to ensure seamless transition into employment.

Outcome: New colleagues join the business efficiently with all onboarding activities completed accurately and on time.

Talent Pipeline

• Build and maintain talent pools for frequently recruited operational roles.
• Engage with previous applicants and passive candidates.
• Support sourcing activity for difficult-to-fill vacancies.
• Maintain candidate databases to support future recruitment campaigns.

Outcome: Strong talent pipelines reduce recruitment lead times.

Recruitment Administration

• Maintain accurate recruitment data within Workday.
• Produce recruitment reports as required.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and documentation.
• Support continuous improvement of recruitment administration and workflows.

Outcome: Recruitment records remain accurate, compliant and up to date.

Stakeholder Management

• Build strong working relationships with hiring managers across France ( with future development opportunities in Spain)
• Provide advice and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment processes, candidate experience and recruitment best practice.
• Proactively monitor recruitment activity, following up with hiring managers to minimise delays and escalating issues where appropriate to the Head of HR or Recruitment Specialist.
• Maintain regular communication with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, providing updates on vacancy progress and candidate pipelines.

Outcome: Hiring managers are well supported throughout the recruitment process, enabling timely hiring decisions, an excellent candidate experience and reduced time to hire.

Recruitment Marketing

• Support recruitment marketing activity across LinkedIn, job boards and other sourcing channels to attract high-quality candidates.
• Assist with local employer branding initiatives, working in partnership with the Group Recruitment Specialist and UK HR team.
• Manage relationships with partner schools and universities.
• Develop and strengthen PCP's employer brand by participating in relevant career fairs, recruitment events, and employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.
• Create and promote engaging recruitment content to increase awareness of career opportunities across the country
• Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking within local labour markets.

Outcome: PCP is positioned as an employer of choice within the local market, increasing candidate attraction, strengthening talent pipelines and reducing reliance on recruitment agencies
