We're looking for a Senior Test Analyst to help deliver reliable, high-quality software that powers cutting-edge automation, robotics and intelligent logistics solutions used on a global scale.

As a Senior Test Analyst, you'll play a key role in ensuring innovative software solutions are robust, reliable and production-ready. Working alongside developers, business analysts and product owners, you'll design and execute testing strategies that keep quality at the heart of every release.

You'll also mentor junior testers, champion best practices and help drive continuous improvement across the QA function.



Requirements

Essential Skills
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG) is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python for test automation.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in an Agile environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter.
Advantageous Skills
  • Experience in performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) are a plus.
Qualifications / Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on manual and automated testing.
