Role Purpose

The Channel Manager, LATAM supports Omilia's channel development across Latin America, operating within a distinct regional go-to-market model tailored to the LATAM market rather than replicating the North America TSD structure. The role focuses on partner activation, pipeline development, and field support across priority markets, with particular emphasis on Brazil and Mexico. Working closely with the Channel Director, LATAM, this role builds and mobilizes a network of regional integrators, carrier-owned distribution partners, and SI-led CCaaS deployment partners to grow Omilia's presence and revenue in the region.

  • Own the end-to-end activation lifecycle of regional integrators, carrier-owned distribution partners, and SI-led CCaaS deployment partners across priority LATAM markets, from initial engagement through to a productive, revenue-generating relationship.
  • Drive sustainable partner-sourced pipeline growth in Brazil, Mexico, and other priority markets, ensuring the channel contributes a growing and predictable share of regional bookings against agreed targets.
  • Guarantee the integrity of LATAM channel data by maintaining accurate, timely, and consistent CRM pipeline attribution for all partner-sourced opportunities, enabling reliable forecasting and partner performance reporting.
  • Build and protect Omilia's reputation and field awareness within LATAM partner communities, positioning Omilia as a credible, engaged, and easy-to-work-with vendor relative to competing CCaaS and conversational AI providers.
  • Act as the operational backbone of the region's distinct channel go-to-market model, ensuring the Channel Director, LATAM has the field intelligence, partner relationships, and pipeline visibility needed to make sound strategic decisions.
  • Identify and escalate gaps, risks, or underperformance within the LATAM partner network before they impact regional revenue, proposing corrective action where appropriate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Channel Director, LATAM in activating regional integrators, carrier-owned distribution partners, and SI-led CCaaS deployments.
  • Build and nurture relationships with regional technology advisors, telecom integrators, and contact center-focused SIs in priority markets.
  • Co-sell on active partner-submitted opportunities alongside the Channel Director, LATAM and Omilia Account Executives.
  • Drive field awareness of Omilia within LATAM partner communities through events, training sessions, and direct engagement.
  • Maintain accurate CRM pipeline attribution for LATAM partner-sourced opportunities.
  • Track partner performance and engagement, flagging risks or gaps to the Channel Director, LATAM.
