Responsibilities:
Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Develop and implement long-term financial strategies to drive business growth and sustainability
Manage cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and overall fiscal health of the organization
Partner with executive leadership to align financial planning with organizational goals
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and tax requirements
Lead financial audits and coordinate with external auditors and stakeholders
Analyze financial data and present actionable insights to ownership and leadership teams
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
5+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including CFO or senior finance roles
Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
Experience with accounting software and financial management systems
Excellent analytical, communication, and strategic thinking skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
Passion for youth development, sports, or community-based organizations is a plus
