What will you be doing?

The Business Intelligence Analyst plays a critical role in transforming complex retail and consumer data into scalable, business-ready solutions that power client insights, automation, reporting, analytics, and new product capabilities. This role combines technical expertise, business acumen, and strategic thinking to maximize the value of organizational data and drive measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate is an experienced problem solver who can bridge technical and business teams, translate complex requirements into actionable solutions, and identify creative approaches to address business challenges. They are passionate about data, curious about emerging AI technologies, and comfortable working directly with Client Development teams, Product, Operations, and other stakeholders.

Data Transformation & Activation

  • Design, develop, and maintain data transformation processes that cleanse, structure, enrich, and convert raw data into business-ready datasets.
  • Build and optimize scalable data pipelines that support reporting, analytics, automation, and client deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency through automation.

Unify Development

  • Design and implement data integration solutions, including the development of Connector Models and Genius Script reporting within Unify.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to improve platform capabilities and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data integration and connector-related issues.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Explore and implement AI-driven approaches that improve data preparation, automation, insight generation, and user productivity.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify practical applications of AI that create measurable business value.
  • Contribute to best practices, documentation, and knowledge sharing across the team.

    Business Partnership & Solution Design

    • Partner with Client Development, Product, and Operations teams to translate business challenges into scalable data solutions.
    • Gather requirements and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

    Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, analytics, data activation, or a related field.
    • Proven experience designing and implementing data transformation and integration solutions.
    • Experience working directly with business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions.

    This position can be located in the following area(s): Remote, USA. 

    The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $65,000.00 to $72,000.00 USD. 
     
    We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
