We are looking for a Senior ERP Solutions Consultant to break through the Spanish market. This profile will own lead development and the full sales cycle, from discovering client needs to closing deals.

Your Domain

• Qualify and manage incoming leads from potential clients (SMEs & Enterprise)

• Manage the full sales cycle—from initial discovery through strategic scoping (concept phase) to contract signature

• Lead process-mapping workshops (online or on-site) and deliver tailored Odoo demos

• Design and present solution architecture and commercial proposals

• Participate in targeted outbound initiatives, regional events and campaigns

Your Vibe

• Degree in IT, business administration or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in ERP or complex B2B software solution sales

• Goal-oriented, proactive problem solver driven to achieve results

• Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills

• Customer-centric mindset combined with a strong business acumen

• Fluent in Spanish and English (at least C1 level). Portuguese language as a plus
