YOU'LL OWN
- Identify,
pursue, and close new business opportunities aligned with SMDigital's
growth strategy
- Build and
nurture a strong pipeline of prospective clients through outbound
outreach, networking, and referrals
- Develop
and present compelling proposals, pitches, and solutions tailored to
client needs
- Lead
discovery conversations that uncover pain points and position our services
as the answer
- Collaborate
with leadership to refine go-to-market strategies, pricing, and service
positioning
- Manage
relationships with existing clients to identify upsell and expansion
opportunities
- Represent
SMDigital at industry events, partnerships, and client meetings with
professionalism and confidence
- Track
pipeline activity, forecast accurately, and report on business development
performance regularly
WHO
YOU ARE
- 3+ years
of experience in business development, sales, or account management in a
BPO or digital marketing environment (Required)
- A proven
closer — you have a track record of hitting targets and growing revenue
- Strategic
and consultative in your approach — you sell solutions, not just services
- An
exceptional communicator and relationship-builder who earns trust quickly
- Self-driven,
resilient, and energized by the challenge of building something from the
ground up
- Highly
organized with strong pipeline management and CRM discipline
- Comfortable
presenting to C-suite and senior decision-makers with confidence and
clarity
- Entrepreneurial
mindset — you think like a business owner and act with urgency and purpose
