We are looking for a professional experienced, driven colleague who is orientated towards customer acquisition throughout Europe. The role requires a person who is technically and commercially competent. They should be keen to learn, adaptable and be able to build valued relationships with new customer across all levels.
As the new Business Development Manager (BDM) is customer facing, the role itself offers many different potential method to acquire customers from: Prospects, working with Sales Development Representatives on outreach, Event management and attendance, Lead nurturing and naturally Opportunity identification, management and Conversion. The BDM is core in all these areas and is expected to continually drive for success for Omron.
The BDM role is one of ownership of the whole cycle of Design-in/Design-win. Understand, navigating complex organizations and supply-chains to include all decision makers and influencers will be needed.
The role is can be hybrid or fully remote, depending on location, and will have periods of where work along is needed, therefore, being self-motivating and organized is a minimum requirement.
CRM management and Team communication should be timely and effective, allowing management, colleagues, stakeholders to easily understand the situations.
