This is a 'founding member' sales role where you will build the pipeline from scratch, supported by a global delivery team capable of executing everything from quick-turnaround web builds to complex enterprise software.

We are not looking for a passive account manager. We need a 'Hunter' who can balance quick transactional wins (Web Design, Digital Marketing) with long-term consultative sales (Custom Dev, IT Infrastructure).

Compensation Structure: Low Risk, High Reward

We offer a tiered structure designed to reward producers immediately.

  • Phase 1 (Months 1-3): The Ramp-Up
    • Base Stipend: $500 - $1,000 USD/month (Guaranteed upon meeting weekly activity KPIs like calls made/meetings booked).
    • Aggressive Commission: High % on ALL revenue.
    • Advantage: You can start earning significant commissions in Month 1 by selling our shorter-cycle services (SEO, Web Design) while building your pipeline for larger IT deals.
  • Phase 2 (Month 4+): Scaling Up
    • Transition to a competitive Base Salary ($1,500 - $3,000+) + Commission.
    • Triggered by consistent performance and pipeline maturity.
    • Top Performers: Realistic OTE (On-Target Earnings) of $5,000 - $8,000+ per month.

What You Will Sell (The Balanced Portfolio)

Unlike selling a single SaaS product, you have a diversified portfolio to ensure consistent earnings:

  1. Quick Wins (Sales Cycle: 2-4 Weeks):
    • Web Design & UI/UX (WordPress, Shopify)
    • Digital Marketing Retainers (SEO, PPC, Social Media)
    • Goal: Generate immediate cash flow and quick commissions.
  2. Strategic Projects (Sales Cycle: 2-6 Months):
    • Custom Software & Mobile App Development
    • Cloud Migration & IT Managed Services
    • Staff Augmentation for Startups
    • Goal: High-value contracts with significant long-term commission upside.

Success Timeline & Expectations

We don't expect you to close a $100k deal in week one, but we do expect momentum.

  • Month 1 (Activation): Master the pitch. Start outbound prospecting.
    • Goal: Book 10+ qualified meetings.
    • Target: Close 1-2 smaller 'Quick Win' deals (e.g., a website or marketing audit).
  • Month 2-3 (Acceleration):
    • Goal: Consistent pipeline generation ($30k+ value).
    • Target: Regular closing of transactional services + submitting proposals for larger custom development projects.
  • Month 4+ (Stabilization):
    • First major 'Strategic Deal' closing.
    • Transition to Phase 2 Compensation (Base Salary + Comm).

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect: Identify SMBs and Startups in US/Canada using LinkedIn, Apollo, and cold outreach.
  • Segment: Pitch Marketing/Web services to businesses needing immediate visibility, and IT/Dev services to funded startups needing tech infrastructure.
  • Qualify & Close: Lead the full cycle. You act as the bridge between the North American client and our global technical team.

Who You Are

  • Proven B2B Sales Experience: You have sold digital services (Agency, Dev Shop, or SaaS) to the US market.
  • The 'Hybrid' Seller: You are comfortable selling a $3,000 website (transactional) AND navigating a $50,000 software contract (consultative).
  • Risk-Taker with a Plan: You understand that a commission-heavy start offers the highest earning potential and autonomy.
  • Fluent English: Native or near-native level is non-negotiable for client-facing calls.
