Business Development Executive – IT

Yadimen Consulting Limited is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our remote team and support our growing global IT business.

 Remote |  Full-Time |  1–3 Years Experience |  Global Market

• Generate and qualify IT business leads through LinkedIn, research, and targeted campaigns
  
• Strong LinkedIn sourcing & prospecting to identify potential clients and decision-makers
  
• Manage CRM campaigns, lead capture, and opportunity tracking
  
• Generate business opportunities and support proposal preparation
  
• Follow up with prospects and clients and build strong relationships
  
• Support IT recruitment & technology services business development
  
• Handle relevant social media activities and online outreach
  

Requirements

• 1–3 years of IT/Technology Sales or Business Development experience
  
• IT/Technology sales experience is mandatory
  
• Strong hands-on LinkedIn sourcing & prospecting experience – Mandatory
  
• Good understanding of the IT industry and IT recruitment
  
• Knowledge of CRM and social media handling
  
• Fluent English – speaking and writing
  
• Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
