About the Role

Cephalgo is seeking a Business Developer with proven cybersecurity or compliance industry experience to accelerate customer acquisition and strategic partnerships. You will focus on enterprise clients and regulated sectors.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and qualify prospects in cybersecurity, compliance, telecom, finance, and regulated industries.
  • Conduct outreach campaigns and build relationships with security and compliance leaders.
  • Run discovery sessions, demos, proposals, and negotiations.
  • Build partnerships with integrators, resellers, and ecosystem players.
  • Represent the company at cybersecurity and compliance events.
  • Provide structured feedback to product and marketing teams.
  • Track KPIs like conversion rates, sales pipeline health, and forecasting.

You Might Be a Fit If You Have:

Experience

  • 2–5 years in B2B business development or sales.
  • Mandatory: Experience selling into cybersecurity, compliance, or information-security markets.
  • Experience working with enterprise clients.

Skills

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable discussing technical and compliance-related problems.
  • Proficient in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce).
