Join Evernorth’s Data & Analytics organization and help turn complex healthcare data into insights that improve health outcomes, strengthen customer experiences, and support affordability. In this role, you will support the Custom High Acuity Model (CHAM), a high-touch, physician-led care management program that uses custom analytics to identify intervention opportunities and deliver targeted Medical Action Plans (MAPs). You will partner with clinical, operational, product, and analytics teams to shape Behavioral and Coaching pathways that make a meaningful impact for customers, clients, and the business.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of Behavioral and Coaching MAP opportunities that align with customer, client, and enterprise priorities.
Partner with Medical Directors, Clinical Operations, Product, and business stakeholders to identify emerging healthcare opportunities, scope initiatives, and define success measures.
Develop opportunity analyses, analytic plans, business requirements, implementation specifications, and documentation that support new and existing CHAM initiatives.
Use healthcare data, SQL, Databricks, and reporting tools to define customer targeting strategies, inclusion and exclusion criteria, and actionable insights that inform business decisions.
Translate business and clinical needs into scalable analytic solutions and operational workflows in partnership with analytics, informatics, product, and operations teams.
Drive continuous improvement through analytic innovation, quality assurance, process optimization, and clear communication of findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, business analytics, population health, care management, consulting, or a related field.
Experience working with large healthcare datasets and using SQL or similar data analysis tools to solve business problems.
Ability to lead complex initiatives from concept through implementation, including opportunity assessment, requirements gathering, and cross-functional collaboration.
Strong analytical problem-solving skills, including the ability to define target populations, build methodologies, identify performance drivers, and provide actionable recommendations.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across clinical, analytics, operational, product, and business teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Analytics, Informatics, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Experience with Databricks, reporting platforms, or healthcare data environments.
Knowledge of healthcare claims, care management, behavioral health, coaching programs, or population health initiatives.
Experience supporting clinical program analytics, customer identification strategies, or care management interventions.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
