Business Analyst

Nasoft is hiring a Business Analyst for a Software house to our client in Saudi Arabia , to work closely with clients, product teams, developers, QA engineers, and technical leadership to analyze business requirements and translate them into clear, scalable, and actionable software solutions.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience working on ERP and SaaS products, with a solid understanding of business processes, software development lifecycles, and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities
● Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

● Understand business processes and translate them into software requirements.

● Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.

● Identify business problems, opportunities, dependencies, and process improvements.

● Analyze existing systems and processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

● Translate business requirements into clear and actionable functional requirements.

● Ensure requirements are complete, consistent, measurable, and technically feasible.

● Identify edge cases, business rules, dependencies, and potential risks. ERP & Business Process Analysis

● Analyze and document ERP business processes and workflows.

● Experience working with one or more ERP domains such as: ○ Accounting & Finance ○ Sales ○ Purchasing ○ Inventory ○ Warehousing ○ Supply Chain ○ CRM ○ HR & Payroll ○ Manufacturing ○ Point of Sale (POS)

● Understand relationships and dependencies between different ERP modules.

● Analyze end-to-end business workflows rather than individual features.

● Identify opportunities to improve business processes through software automation.

● Work with stakeholders to define business rules, validations, permissions, and approval workflows. SaaS Product Analysis ● Analyze requirements for multi-tenant SaaS applications.

● Understand SaaS product concepts such as: ○ Organizations / tenants ○ User management ○ Roles and permissions ○ Subscription plans ○ Billing ○ Feature access ○ Product configuration ○ Notifications ○ Integrations

● Help define configurable and reusable product features rather than customer-specific solutions where appropriate.

● Analyze customer requirements and determine whether they should be implemented as standard product functionality, configuration, or customization.

● Contribute to product improvement based on customer feedback and business needs.

Requirements

●4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development environments.

● Proven experience working with ERP systems and business applications.

● Proven experience working with SaaS products or SaaS-based platforms.

● Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).

● Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

● Strong experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.

● Experience working with development and QA teams.

● Strong understanding of business process analysis and workflow design.

● Experience with requirement management and documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

●Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.

● Experience working in a software house, product company, or technology consulting environment.

● Experience working with multiple clients or different business domains.

● Experience with ERP implementation or ERP product development.

● Experience with B2B SaaS products.

●Experience working with APIs and third-party integrations.

● Knowledge of accounting and financial business processes.

● Knowledge of BPMN or UML.
