🌎 Remote Bilingual French Customer Service Representative

Pay Rate: $16/hour

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Location: Remote (U.S. or Canada-based candidates preferred)

About the Role

Are you fluent in French and English with a passion for helping others? Join a dynamic financial services team as a Customer Service Representative, where you'll assist customers with auto lease and loan insurance inquiries—no sales, no collections, just meaningful support.

You’ll be the voice of trusted auto finance brands (Capital One, GM, BMW, Audi, and more), helping customers resolve insurance-related issues such as missing documents, cancellations, or payment gaps.

What You’ll Do

  • Make outbound calls to customers and insurance agents (approx. 14 calls/hour)
  • Verify insurance details and resolve discrepancies
  • Upload documentation to internal systems
  • Leave scripted messages when necessary
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy, professionalism, and empathy

Schedule Options

  • Tuesday–Friday (10:30 AM–7:00 PM CST) & Saturday (7:00 AM–4:00 PM CST) – 4 openings
  • Monday–Friday (10:30 AM–7:00 PM CST) – 1 opening

Training: First 3 weeks, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM CST

Must pass an 80% assessment to transition to your assigned shift

What You Bring

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 6+ months of customer service experience (retail, call center, office, etc.)
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
  • Ability to type 30+ WPM
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Comfortable being on the phone all day

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
