Position Summary

The Report Writer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing operational reports and dashboards that support decision-making across Healthcare Systems of America hospitals. This role works closely with operational, clinical, and financial leaders to translate business requirements into reporting solutions using MEDITECH and Power BI.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using MEDITECH and Power BI.
• Gather and document business requirements from operational, clinical, and executive stakeholders.
• Create standardized reporting and KPI scorecards.
• Validate data accuracy and reporting consistency.
• Analyze operational performance and trends.
• Support data governance and reporting standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of healthcare reporting, analytics, or BI experience.
• Experience with MEDITECH or healthcare information systems.
• Strong Power BI development skills.
• SQL and data analysis proficiency.
• Knowledge of hospital operations and healthcare metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting acute care hospitals.
• Experience with MEDITECH Expanse.
