The Benefits Reporting Specialist is responsible for collecting and processing health insurance invoices and benefits administration data to ensure accuracy and compliance. They will also generate reports, analyze data for trends, and collaborate with internal teams to automate processes and troubleshoot reporting issues.

In a nutshell, we make sure that when companies are paying for employee benefits, they are paying the correct amount, to the correct carriers, for the correct people.
The collection, processing, and reconciliation of employee benefits administration data and carrier invoices is typically a complicated, expensive, and time-consuming process for employers, and our comprehensive suite of technologies and services ensures that businesses can manage their employee benefits programs with ease and precision.

We are looking for a data-oriented, self-starter to join our team as a Benefits Reporting Specialist. This role focuses on collecting health insurance invoices on behalf of the employer and ingesting benefits administration data from our clients to prepare for analysis against the invoices created by their health insurance carriers. An ideal candidate has a passion for data and thrives in a team environment. As you develop in the role, your responsibilities will expand into technical implementation of new clients and/or scaling automation processes.
