The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment across Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia while acting as the primary HR business partner for the region. You will support employee lifecycle activities, drive engagement initiatives, and ensure local compliance and operational excellence.

About the Role :

We are looking for an Associate HR – Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partner based in Brazil to join our growing LATAM team.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role that combines local Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, and people operations responsibilities. The person will be the primary HR and Talent Acquisition point of contact for Brazil while also supporting and managing people-related activities across our LATAM markets, including Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities evolve quickly. You will partner closely with business leaders and employees across LATAM, understand local market dynamics, and ensure we attract, hire, engage, and retain the right talent.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being a TA practitioner, HR partner, employee advocate, and problem solver all at once.

Key Responsibilities :

Talent Acquisition :

  • Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for roles across Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements, define hiring strategies, and establish realistic hiring timelines.

  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across Sales, customer success and other  techno functional roles.

  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, referrals and other relevant channels.

  • Conduct initial screening and assessments and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.

  • Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and strong engagement.

  • Drive offer management, compensation discussions, background checks, and onboarding coordination.

  • Develop a strong understanding of LATAM talent markets, compensation benchmarks, hiring practices, and local employment nuances.

  • Track recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, pipeline conversion, source effectiveness, offer acceptance, and hiring quality.

  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve the recruitment process and employer brand across LATAM.

HR Business Partnering :

  • Act as the local HRBP for Brazil, partnering closely with employees and business leaders on people-related matters.

  • Support managers with employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, performance management, development, engagement, promotions, and exits.

  • Provide guidance to managers on employee relations and people matters, ensuring alignment with company policies and local employment requirements.

  • Partner with leadership to understand workforce needs and translate business priorities into people initiatives.

  • Support performance review and talent management processes across LATAM.

  • Identify employee engagement and retention opportunities and work with leaders to address them.

  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, creating an environment where employees feel supported and heard.

  • Partner with the global People team on HR programs, policies, and initiatives and ensure effective local execution.

People Operations :

  • Coordinate and support HR processes across Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia.

  • Ensure HR documentation and employee records are maintained accurately and confidentially.

  • Support local compliance requirements and coordinate with external HR/legal partners where required.

  • Help standardize HR processes across LATAM while ensuring appropriate consideration of local market and legal requirements.

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes and ensure a seamless employee experience.

People & Culture :

  • Help build and strengthen our company culture across LATAM.

  • Support employee engagement initiatives, team events, recognition programs, and internal communications.

  • Partner with leaders to create a positive and inclusive employee experience.

  • Act as a culture carrier and ensure our values are reflected in how we hire, manage, and develop our people.

  • Bring insights from the LATAM workforce to the broader People team and leadership.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, or a combination of TA and HR roles.

  • Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment, ideally across multiple functions and geographies.

  • Experience working with LATAM markets, particularly Brazil, Mexico, and/or Colombia.

  • Strong understanding of local hiring practices and HR fundamentals in Brazil.

  • Ability to independently partner with hiring managers and business leaders.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving ability with a hands-on, ownership-oriented mindset.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth technology/SaaS environment.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities across countries.

  • Experience working with HRIS, ATS, recruitment platforms, and people analytics tools.

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English is required. Spanish would be a strong advantage, particularly given the LATAM scope.
