We are currently seeking a Sr. Associate for our Human Resources team in India. This role involves supporting HR operations for our global workforce across the US, Canada, and the UK, enhancing our employee experience, and fostering a culture of engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare HR dashboards and MIS Reporting across different HR functions
  • Maintain HR master data and HRIS systems and generate various reports
  • Administer payroll processes and ensure compliance with regulations for US, Canada
  • Manage expense reimbursement and offboarding processes
  • Oversee HR Compliance and support HR Operations and payroll and benefits
  • Drive employee engagement efforts and facilitate open communication
  • Collaborate with the HR team to enhance policies, programs, and practices
  • Work On process automation, HR Excellence and automation projects
  • Handle additional HR-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a Human Resources with strong hands on experience in HR Analytics
  • Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in data analysis using Excel and Google tools.
  • Ability to built dashboards using Google Sheets and Power BI - MUST HAVE
  • Familiarity with various HR tools and platforms like Zoho, Dayforce, TriNet
  • Willingness to work in line with US time zones.
  • Experience working remotely in a global teams environment.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Project management capabilities.
  • Personal Attributes: proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a positive attitude.

Desirable:

  • Experience in a global consulting environment.
  • Comfortable working with employees in multiple time zones (US, Canada, UK, Spain, Mexico).

Note:

  • This position is based in India.
  • Expectations of shift work to accommodate global interactions.
