Associate Product Training

Purpose and Scope of Role:

As an Associate Product Trainer, you will play a vital role in supporting our Product Trainers, and helping to shape the educational experiences that we offer. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the quality of our training content and the satisfaction of our learners.

This position reports to the Manager of Product Training.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Product Trainers to develop and maintain eLearning content that incorporates effective learning elements.

• Gather essential source materials and support content generation for eLearning courses.

• Ensure that courses are engaging, up-to-date, and compliant with Accruent Academy's quality standards by working closely with the Product Trainers.

• Provide administrative support to the Product Trainers for customer satisfaction initiatives, contributing to the continuous improvement of Accruent Academy's training portfolio.

• Manage the logistics, attendance, and resource materials for instructor-led courses.

• Contribute to custom and non-standard training projects by working collaboratively with Product Trainers on content creation and reviewing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 1-3 years of experience in training, education, or a technical discipline.

• Outstanding verbal and written interpersonal communication skills in English. An additional language is considered an advantage.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

• Ability to learn at an above-average pace and apply learning immediately to training delivery.

• Experience managing multiple projects with a strong focus on delivering quality results.

• Ability to meet deadlines while remaining organized and detail oriented.

• Ability to successfully work with cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with Articulate 360 and Camtasia platforms is preferred.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and Atlassian Products. Excellent computer skills.
