Your Main Responsibilities:

• Supporting daily accounting operations and assisting in bookkeeping tasks.

What We Look For:

• Fluent English (C1/C2) + Spanish/Portuguese
  
• 2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or administrative roles

• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
  
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
  
• Excellent time management — especially for financial deadlines
  
• A quiet home office with 30 MBPS download & 5 MBPS upload internet speed
  
• A laptop/desktop Windows 11+ with >7GB usable RAM, Intel Core 8th Generation/ Ryzen 3 2nd-gen or higher
