Job Summary

We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Appointment Setter to join a growing business development team. This is a high-impact role where you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for navigating B2B landscapes to spark interest and secure meetings for sales executives. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record of converting cold leads into qualified opportunities, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute high volumes of outbound calls daily to identify and qualify potential B2B leads.
  • Manage a consistent pipeline of prospects through persistent follow-up and multi-channel outreach.
  • Overcome gatekeepers and objections to articulate the value proposition effectively.
  • Schedule and coordinate discovery calls between prospects and the senior sales team.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all interactions and lead statuses within the CRM.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for booked appointments and conversion rates.

Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in an appointment setting role.
  • Proven experience in a B2B appointment setting or outbound sales role.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain high call volumes without compromising quality.
  • Exceptional conversion rates with the ability to provide proof of past performance and KPIs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
  • High level of resilience and a "hunter" mentality.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales engagement tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

  • Experience selling professional services or SaaS products.
  • Previous experience working in a fully remote environment.
  • Knowledge of advanced lead generation techniques and tools.
