JobFairX is a leading organization hiring across multiple divisions. We process a high volume of employment applications daily and are expanding our talent acquisition team to support candidate engagement and onboarding optimization.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a professional, highly motivated Outbound Recruiting Assistant to join our remote talent team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-volume outbound phone campaigns to engage recently sourced applicants. Your primary objective is candidate conversion—driving applicant engagement and encouraging prospective talent to complete their digital interview registration.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Outbound Engagement Campaigns: Execute daily outbound calling queues to active applicant pools using online telephony systems.
• Candidate Conversion: Communicate corporate hiring interest, deliver value propositions, and drive candidates to complete the online scheduling process.
• Data Integrity: Document communication outcomes and update candidate dispositions accurately within corporate tracking systems.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound call centers, customer service, or talent acquisition support.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills with a polished and professional phone presence.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain high productivity and call volume in a remote environment.
• Technical proficiency with web-based communication software and data management systems.
• Access to high-speed internet, a dedicated computer, a high-quality headset, and a quiet workspace.
