As a Travel Support & Booking Consultant, you'll assist clients throughout the vacation planning process by researching travel options, coordinating reservations, and providing exceptional service from the first conversation through departure. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working independently, building client relationships, and delivering personalized travel solutions.
What You'll Do
- Partner with clients to learn about their travel interests, schedules, preferences, and spending plans
- Research vacation destinations, hotels, resorts, cruises, guided tours, transportation, and activities
- Recommend travel options tailored to each client's goals and travel style
- Coordinate bookings, itineraries, and travel services through approved supplier platforms
- Prepare reservation confirmations, travel documents, itineraries, and departure instructions
- Respond to client questions and assist with booking revisions, itinerary changes, and special requests
- Verify reservation details to help ensure travel plans are accurate and complete
- Follow up with travelers before departure to provide updates and additional support
- Maintain organized records of bookings, client communications, and travel information within company systems
- Utilize supplier partnerships and internal resources to provide high-quality travel assistance
