Full Circle CX is a growing contact center and virtual assistant company dedicated to helping businesses scale by providing professional customer support, appointment scheduling, and sales services. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our team.

Position Overview
The Appointment Setter will play a key role in setting qualified appointments, and supporting the sales process. This is a commission-only, part-time role with performance incentives—ideal for someone who is self-motivated, persuasive, and eager to grow with a dynamic company.


Responsibilities

  • Fluent in English, both in writing and verbal communication.

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to prospective clients.

  • Qualify leads, schedule appointments and help with discovery calls.

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and appointments in CRM.

  • Follow up with warm leads and nurture relationships.

  • Collaborate with the sales and executive team to ensure successful closing.

  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly appointment-setting and sales targets.





Requirements

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong ability to persuade, handle objections, and build rapport quickly.

  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

  • Basic computer/CRM proficiency (training provided).

  • A driven, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales success.

Your System Requirements 

This is a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) role. All team members are required to use their own computer, which must meet our system requirements to ensure compatibility with company applications and tools.

·         Quiet private workspace 

·         USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature

·         Working Webcam

·         Specific Requirements listed here:  

o        Microsoft Windows computer – NO MacBooks.  

o        Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM.

o        Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps. cable connection.

o        Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps.

    • Calls have to be made during Monday to Friday 8am- 5pm.
