Responsibilities
Fluent in English, both in writing and verbal communication.
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to prospective clients.
Qualify leads, schedule appointments and help with discovery calls.
Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and appointments in CRM.
Follow up with warm leads and nurture relationships.
Collaborate with the sales and executive team to ensure successful closing.
Meet or exceed weekly/monthly appointment-setting and sales targets.
Qualifications
Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to persuade, handle objections, and build rapport quickly.
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Basic computer/CRM proficiency (training provided).
A driven, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales success.
Your System Requirements
This is a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) role. All team members are required to use their own computer, which must meet our system requirements to ensure compatibility with company applications and tools.

o Microsoft Windows computer – NO MacBooks.
o Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM.
o Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps. cable connection.
o Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps.
Compensation
Commission only with high earning potential.
Performance-based bonuses and incentives.
Part-time flexible schedule—ideal for side income or building into a larger role.
Calls have to be made during Monday to Friday 8am- 5pm.
