The Appointment Setter is responsible for conducting outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to qualify leads and schedule appointments. They must maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with the sales team to meet weekly and monthly targets.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients by handling calls, capturing leads, and managing scheduling. Support client onboarding and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.

The Virtual Assistant manages administrative functions, including scheduling caregiver visits and maintaining client data in EHR systems. They serve as the primary point of contact for clients and families while coordinating care plans with the clinical team.
