It is a very exciting time of growth for our Managed Services team, and we are currently hiring an Application and D365 Developer.  

This role can be located anywhere in the United States.

What will I be doing?

As a Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with the latest Microsoft technologies and solutions within our Managed Services team. You will be assigned several clients within your team, conducting your responsibilities on a remote basis. This role emphasizes enhancing and updating existing applications, while also contributing to the development of new solutions.

Responsibilities will include:

• Deliver expert guidance and hands-on support for existing Azure and D365 custom-developed solutions, ensuring optimal performance, maintainability, and alignment with evolving business needs
• Enhance and support both Azure-based custom solutions and Dynamics 365 custom solutions for clients
• Develop and customize Dynamics Plugins using C# and JavaScript
• Power Platform development, including Dynamics CRM, Power Apps, Power Automate (cloud flows), and Power Pages
• Create requirements and functional design specifications, along with detailed implementation plans and user-focused test scripts
• Develop and customize Power Pages solutions to meet client needs
• Design and implement cloud flows using Power Automate for process automation
• Anticipate, mitigate, identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues, escalating incidents as necessary on behalf of clients
• Work closely with clients to meet daily delivery expectations and support operations

What's required?

• At least 4 years of development experience across both App/Dev and Power Platform technologies.
• Ability to define and design maintainable, performant solutions using modern tools, including Power Platform (Dynamics CRM, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages)
• Experience with App/Dev, JavaScript, C#, and Dynamics Plugins
• Hands-on development and customization of Power Pages
• Experience designing cloud flows with Power Automate
• Enjoys multi-tasking across multiple clients and tasks
• Ability to make decisions and manage time effectively to a delivery plan/schedule
• Azure DevOps and Git for Source Control
• Develop against APIs for D365 (C# Plug-In) and Power Pages
• Modern Applications services within Azure (C#, React, Node, TypeScript, Logic Apps, etc)
• Oauth authentication with 3rd party APIs
• Setup and understand how to configure Oauth, app registrations, etc
• Webhooks, App Storage, Azure Functions, Azure App Services, Azure App Storage
• Professional presence, excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Individual & collaborative troubleshooting (problem-solving)

What would set me apart?

• Hands-on knowledge of Dynamics 365 Apps, BC and CS, and Power Platform (including Power Automate cloud flows and Power Pages development/customization)
• C#, Plug-In, XRM, JavaScript, etc
• Power Pages – Working knowledge through 1 year experience, including customizations and development
• Power Apps Model / Dataverse – 2 to 3 years’ experience
• Full lifecycle implementation, upgrade, and deployment experience with Power Platform solutions
• Hands-on knowledge of low-code and modern applications developed within Azure
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• MCP and MCTS certification
• Previous IT consulting background or managed services experience
