AI Systems Integration Specialist

About the role

This role focuses on designing, building, and optimizing AI-powered workflows and system integrations that streamline business operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with business automation tools and a deep understanding of how to integrate various systems to work seamlessly with AI.

Primary responsibilities

Systems Integration & Automation

• Optimize and troubleshoot existing AI-powered workflows and automations to ensure business systems communicate and work together seamlessly.
• Connect and integrate multiple platforms (Airtable, Google Workspace, Notion) to work together seamlessly
• Set up data flows between systems to enable AI tools to access and leverage information in the background
• Work with Claude and other AI tools to create and refine automated processes

Systems Optimization & Data Management

• Improve data organization in Airtable, Google Workspace, and other systems to support overall workflows and eventually AI integration
• Audit and enhance the operations manual to identify automation opportunities
• Maintain platforms and keep data and records clean on an ongoing basis.

Business Process Improvement

• Understand business needs and workflows to design appropriate system solutions
• Evaluate workflow feasibility and recommend realistic process improvements
• Leverage Google Workspace administrative functions more effectively

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Proven Experience: Hands-on experience working with Airtable, Google Workspace, and Notion
• Systems Integration: Demonstrated ability to connect tools and platforms; experience building workflows that enable systems to communicate
• AI Tool Proficiency: Comfortable working with AI tools (Claude) and understanding their capabilities and limitations
• Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business processes and operations; ability to think strategically about workflow design
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify automation opportunities and think through practical solutions
• Technical Mindset: While deep coding expertise is not required, you must be comfortable with technical concepts and able to troubleshoot issues.
