About us
CrucialPoint is a retention and lifecycle marketing agency based in Utah. We run email, SMS, and lifecycle programs for US-based DTC, CPG, and restaurant brands across Klaviyo, Braze, and [Customer.io](http://Customer.io). Symby is our sister agency, a productized Klaviyo and Shopify service for growing DTC brands. Together we’re a distributed team of about 30 and growing. We’re building a leaner, more systematized, AI-forward operation across both agencies, and we’re looking for someone to own the operations side.

The role
You’ll work directly with the founder to roll out and run operational processes across CrucialPoint and Symby. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role.

• Turn defined processes into working systems: ClickUp structure, templates, checklists, SOPs, cadences
• Run the weekly delivery rhythm: what’s due, who owns it, what’s slipping, what’s blocked
• Keep the team on process and on schedule
• Track capacity across the team so we know who has room before we commit to new work
• Own onboarding for new clients and new team members so it’s consistent every time
• Flag early when something isn’t working, with a proposed fix

Who you are

• 4+ years running operations, project management, or delivery at a marketing or digital agency
• Broad marketing knowledge. You don’t need to be an email expert, but you understand the work well enough to know when it’s off track.
• Strong hands-on experience with ClickUp, Asana, or similar
• Detail-oriented and driven. Things don’t fall through the cracks on your watch.
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Available during US Mountain Time business hours

How we work
Remote, Mountain Time hours, independent contractor. $18 to $23 USD per hour depending on experience. Part-time to full-time, with flat-rate structure possible once established. 90-day trial period with clear milestones, then ongoing.
