DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Communicate with clients via email (phone when necessary)
  • Manage a dedicated list of client files
  • Complete data entry
  • Track important dates and progress of client files
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors
  • Gather required documents and information for each client
  • Set up client accounts
  • Attend weekly team meetings
  • Work closely on a team

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Past work as administrative assistant or customer service a plus

POSITION DETAILS

  • W2 Employee, $17-18/hr
  • Position fully remote, but travel available for our annual team-building events (participation not required but highly encouraged)
  • 401(k) - Company contributes 5% with no contribution needed
  • PTO - Increased based on tenure
  • Unlimited unpaid time off
  • Opportunities for advancement (our company is growing and we want our team to grow too!)
  • Full Time - 40 hours per week
  • Hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 PM MT with some flexibility
  • Candidate must pass a background check and FBI fingerprinting

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
