The Integrations Manager will lead the operational integration of newly acquired companies by coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project timelines. This role involves identifying risks, maintaining integration playbooks, and ensuring stakeholders remain accountable for deliverables from pre-close planning through post-close implementation.

Location: Remo te with Travel(Preferred Florida Based)
Compensation: $100,000–$125,000 Base Salary + 10% Annual Bonus
Reports To: Chief Financial Officer
Travel: Occasional travel to newly acquired companies and other company locations as needed

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Integrations Manager to help lead the successful integration of newly acquired companies into the ARP organization.
This is a highly visible, hands-on
project management and operational integration role. The Integrations Manager will serve as the central coordinator for acquisition integration activities, ensuring cross-functional teams remain aligned, key deliverables are completed on time, milestones are properly coordinated, and responsible parties remain accountable for their commitments.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, comfortable working across multiple business functions, and able to manage numerous moving pieces simultaneously. This individual will work closely with executive leadership, functional leaders, and leadership teams at newly acquired companies to move each acquisition from planning through successful operational integration.
While technology and systems are an important component of integration, this is not an IT-focused position. We are looking for a strong project and operations professional who is comfortable working with CRM, project management, financial, HR, and other business systems.
