About the Role

We are looking for an Accounting Manager to join our growing finance team in the United States. Reporting to the Controller, this is a high-impact role at the core of our financial operations. You will own key components of the month-end close process, maintain the integrity of our general ledger, and help build the accounting infrastructure that scales with our business.

What You'll Do

General Ledger & Close

• Own assigned components of the monthly financial close process, including journal entries, balance-sheet account reconciliations, and accruals

• Maintain the general ledger and ensure the integrity of all financial data in the ERP system

• Conduct GL account reconciliations, verify accuracy of data, and identify and correct errors

• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP

Accounts Payable & Expense Management

• Accurately review, code, reconcile, and process vendor invoices, expense reports, and credit card statements

• Partner with our expense management platform (Ramp) to ensure timely and accurate processing

• Support cash flow forecasting inputs related to AP cycles

Compliance & Controls

• Coordinate with external auditors and support the annual audit and review processes

• Assist with technical accounting research and documentation of accounting policies and positions

• Support the implementation and ongoing improvement of internal controls and accounting procedures

Cross-Functional Partnership

• Partner with FP&A and Revenue Operations to ensure financial transactions are captured accurately and completely

• Assist with systems and process improvement initiatives, including ERP implementations and optimizations

• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested by the Controller or CFO

Qualifications

Must-Haves

• 7+ years of accounting experience with a strong grasp of accrual accounting

• Hands-on experience supporting or managing a month-end close process

• Solid knowledge of accounting principles, corporate finance fundamentals and US GAAP

• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large data volumes

• Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

• Strong written and verbal communication skills — able to explain financial concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders

Nice-to-Haves

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• CPA license or active CPA candidacy

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or other Microsoft ERP systems — a significant plus

• Familiarity with Ramp or similar expense management platforms

• Background in SaaS, FinTech, or a similarly fast-paced, high-growth environment
