The Accounting Assistant is responsible for maintaining accurate financial ledgers by processing invoices, bank transactions, and various journal entries. They also support the Accounting SME with account reconciliations, discrepancy resolution, and the preparation of ad-hoc management reports.
This is a remote position.
Aside from that, the Accounting Assistant provides assistance to the Accounting SME with maintaining a clean and updated general ledger, including account reconciliations and resolving of discrepancies.
The Accounting Assistant also assists the Accounting SME and other team members where needed to accomplish the department goals, and to prepare ad-hoc reports to the management as needed.
