Account Manager

And we’re looking for an Account Manager to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Oversee and manage VAs during the assigned working hours.
2. Ensure daily sourcing goals are being reached.
3. Assist with sourcing activities as needed.
4. Help standardize and establish procedures for the department.
5. Support the team in maintaining consistent processes and achieving department goals.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of management experience; 4 years preferred
• E-commerce background is preferred but not required
• Good English communication skills
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to oversee VAs and ensure daily goals are met
• Ability to assist with sourcing as needed
• Ability to help standardize and improve department processes

Technical Requirements:

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Location: This is a remote job

Salary Package:

• PHP 39,000.00 – PHP 42,000.00
