Greif is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth within our Small Plastics Manufacturing business, with a strong focus on portable fuel container sales. This role is responsible for managing existing customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and delivering revenue growth across a defined territory.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a customer-facing environment, understands value-based selling, and can effectively balance account management, business development, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve commercial objectives.
Although this is a remote opportunity, the selected candidate must reside within or near the Murray, Kentucky territory to effectively manage customer accounts and travel throughout the assigned region.
What You'll Do
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will own a defined territory and be responsible for growing revenue, volume, and profitability through strategic account management and disciplined sales execution. You will serve as a trusted partner to customers while collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences and operational performance.

Total Target Compensation Range: The total target compensation range for this position, including sales incentives, is $125,100 – $200,200. Typically, a competitive range for new hires will fall between $130,000 – $160,000. Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The position is eligible for participation in the company’s sales compensation plan
