Our Client:

Our client is a strategy-led B2B video and podcast production company helping businesses create content that drives meaningful results. Their team manages the full production process, from strategy and pre-production to recording, post-production, and distribution.

What you will do:

We are seeking an Account Manager / Producer to manage client relationships while coordinating content planning and production across multiple accounts. You’ll work closely with the Director of Client Strategy and internal production teams to ensure projects run smoothly and clients receive a high-quality experience.

Responsabilities:

Account Management & Client Experience

• Act as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients.
• Lead client meetings, including preparation, follow-ups, and proactive updates.
• Manage client communication through email, Slack, and meetings.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience.
• Communicate recommendations clearly and confidently explain creative and production decisions.
• Proactively identify potential issues and help clients and internal teams find solutions.

Episode Planning & Content

• Turn overall content strategy into clear episode plans and outlines.
• Develop episode outlines based on client goals, guests, topics, and strategic direction.
• Help prepare guest information, approvals, and materials for upcoming recordings.
• Create creative briefs for editors and production teams after recordings.
• Contribute ideas around episode structure, hooks, segments, angles, and content opportunities.
• Use research, including SEO and keyword insights, to help shape relevant episode topics and content.
  

Production Coordination

• Coordinate production workflows and timelines across multiple client accounts.
• Support remote recordings and ensure teams have the necessary materials and information.
• Review completed content for quality, including creative execution, spelling, and other potential issues.
• Coordinate with editors, designers, production coordinators, and other internal team members to keep projects moving.
• Maintain accurate trackers and project information to ensure deliverables stay organized and on schedule.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in account management or client services within content, video production, podcasting, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong professional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience working directly with clients and leading or participating in client meetings.
• Highly proactive and comfortable taking ownership without needing constant direction.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong creative instincts and an understanding of what makes content engaging and effective.
• Ability to confidently communicate and defend creative recommendations when working with clients.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Podcast-specific experience is a plus, but not required. We are open to candidates with strong backgrounds in content, video, marketing, or client services who demonstrate excellent communication, organization, and creative judgment.
  

Tools & Technical Experience:

• Experience with Asana or similar project management tools.
• Familiarity with Claude/AI tools, Frame.io, YouTube, Slack, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Understanding of content production workflows.

Benefits

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST.
• Salary: 3,000 - 3,500 USD Monthly
• Location: 100% remote, open to candidates based in LATAM
• Contract: Independent Contractor
