About your role: You will work with international partners and directly influence their growth, helping them scale results through data insights and collaboration. If you’re driven by impact, ownership, and the excitement of fast growth this role will give you both challenge and recognition

In this role, you will
  • Conduct regular online meetings and maintain daily communication with partners

  • Provide and present data-based insights to drive partners’ growth and performance improvement

  • Monitor partners’ progress, focusing on both monetary and quality metrics

  • Onboard new partners to ensure smooth product adoption

  • Engage new partners to join the platform through referrals and market research


It’s all about you
  • Chinese language proficiency (HSK 4–5)

  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills

  • Confident user of Excel and Canva (or presentation tools)

  • Analytical thinker and problem solver with solid understanding of sales techniques

  • Experience using Tableau and CRM systems (Pipedrive or similar)

  • Curious, flexible, communicative, and proactive — you learn fast and act with ownership

  • Confident user of ChatGPT or other AI tools
