About the position
We are seeking a proactive Account Manager to ensure the operational success of our outstaff software development projects. As the crucial link between internal teams and clients, you will drive day-to-day operations, optimize team performance, and nurture long-term relationships. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining high client satisfaction while proactively identifying opportunities for account growth and service expansion.
Your area of responsibility
Partnership & Retention: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, acting as their advocate within the company while protecting business interests. Build trust, maintain long-term relationships, and ensure high client satisfaction.
Account Growth & Upselling: Proactively identify growth opportunities, team expansion needs, and offer additional services to increase account profitability.
Contract & Rate Management: Initiate rate reviews, discuss commercial terms, manage contract milestone dates, and align changes with both clients and internal stakeholders.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Lead the integration of new team members on client projects (create Introduction Letters, facilitate initial kick-off meetings, set up communication protocols, and introduce processes).
Performance Monitoring: Oversee team performance, track probation period outcomes, organize regular feedback loops, and conduct periodic 1-on-1s to maintain high engagement and spot risks early.
Operational Management: Manage vacation requests, sick leave, and national holiday notifications, coordinating approvals with clients according to company procedures.
Recruitment Collaboration: Partner with the Recruitment and Sales teams to initiate new hiring requests. Fill out detailed vacancy checklists, review candidates, organize client interviews, and manage the selection process.
Proactive Monitoring: Monitor project health and team atmosphere to anticipate potential risks, communication bottlenecks, or client dissatisfaction.
Issue Resolution: Gracefully resolve critical issues, handle non-passing probation scenarios, and navigate client challenges to protect the company’s reputation and retain key accounts.
Skills and requirements
5+ years of experience in an Account Manager, Project Coordinator, or Client Operations (Site Manager) role in a service or product-oriented environment;
Solid project management and coordination skills, with the ability to handle several clients, projects, and tasks in parallel;
Practical involvement in client onboarding and offboarding processes;
Experience collecting client feedback and resolving issues with a structured, problem-solving approach;
Interest and initial experience in identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities and supporting long-term client relationships;
Experience maintaining project documentation, preparing basic reports, and keeping data up to date across systems;
Basic understanding of invoicing, time tracking, financial reporting, and contract-related workflows;
Perfect verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams;
Systemic thinking with a highly structured approach to organizing tasks, processes, and data;
High stress resistance, with the ability to maintain clarity and composure in fast-paced or challenging situations;
English - Advanced or higher.

Experience working with clients or teams in the Israeli market.
