We are currently seeking an Account Manager who will be responsible to increase sales share in the industry, work closely and coordinate with clients and internal teams to complete the company's assigned tasks and achieve the company's required targets.

This position is part of the TW Commercial team in Taipei and will be a remote role.

In this role, you will be responsible for: 


•    Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive sales of our life science products and solutions.
•    Identifying new business opportunities and managing the full sales cycle leads generation to closing.
•    Collaborating closely with marketing, technical support, and service teams to deliver exceptional customer experience.
•    Preparing and presenting quotations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
•    Achieving sales targets and reporting regularly on progress and forecasts.

The essential requirements for the job include:  


•    Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Medical Technology, or a related field with 3 years of working experience in the field of instrument sales.
•    Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, self-motivation, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
•    Good command of written and spoken English.
•    Experience managing distributors, agents, or channel partners.
•    A current Taiwanese driver's license and ability to travel within Taiwan and globally when required.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: 


•    Previous sales or customer-facing experience in the healthcare or life sciences industry.
•    Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
•    More than 3 years of sales experience in the biotech industry within a multinational corporation.
