The Online Sales Coach works alongside Online Sales Specialists through the fundamentals of the role including:
- Online sales process
- Lead Management
- Mastering the phone
- Setting appointments and overcoming objectives
- Prospecting
- Prioritizing your day for success
- Establishing areas of responsibility
- Appointment handoff process
- Managing your tech stack
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with the onboarding of new Online Sales Specialists and facilitate the DYC Fast Start and Online Sales Academy 30 day training programs
- Work with builder partners to facilitate the recruiting and hiring process for Online Sales Specialist role
- Assist with CRM set up and training
- Assist with Call Tracking set up and training
- Assist with Video Email set up and training
- Conduct training presentations when needed - to include Lasso, Hubspot, Bomb Bomb, CallRail, and core Online Sales fundamentals
- Collaborate with the team to create new content and training presentations
