The Account Executive, Media Sales, is a driven sales professional who thrives on building new business and creating meaningful client partnerships. In this role, you'll identify and close new  new out-of-home advertising opportunities, develop relationships with key decision-makers, and deliver customized transit advertising solutions that help clients achieve their marketing goals. What You’ll Do 

Business Development & Sales 

• Identify, engage, and close new business through consultative transit advertising solutions.  
• Build and grow relationships with key decision-makers to drive long-term client success.  
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and customized proposals that align with client objectives.  
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals through strategic prospecting and business development.  
• Identify new revenue opportunities by staying informed on industry trends and client needs.  

Client Management & Collaboration 

• Manage the full sales cycle, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide ongoing client support.  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.  
• Travel as needed to meet with clients and develop new business opportunities.  
• Perform other duties as assigned. 

Requirements

 What It Takes to Win 

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years of B2B sales or related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills with a confident, professional demeanor.  
• Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.  
• Ability to collaborate effectively while managing client relationships and influencing decision-makers.  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and web-based CRM systems.  
• Work remotely in Louisville, KY with frequent face-to-face client meetings.
