  • Public Safety Prospecting: Identify and build relationships with 911 directors, IT managers, and city/county purchasing agents.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct deep needs assessments regarding analog-to-digital migrations and Next-Generation 911 (NG911) readiness.
  • RFP Excellence: Lead the end-to-end technical response for formal government bids, RFPs, and RFQs.
  • Ecosystem Integration: Partner with major radio (P25, RoIP) and telephony vendors (Motorola, Harris, Zetron) to position integrated solutions.
  • Live Demonstrations: Present software capabilities like incident reconstruction, screen recording, Quality Assurance (QA) evaluation, and AI speech analytics.
  • Contract Management: Secure long-term RaaS (Recording as a Service) contracts and system expansion revenue.
  • Vertical-Alignment Strategy: Operate productively and independently across the United States.

  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of P25 radio networks, SIP/VoIP logging, CAD (Computer-Aided Dispatch) integration, and NG911 i3 standards.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with CJIS (Criminal Justice Information Services) security policies and state-specific public record retention laws.
