Key Responsibilities•⁠ ⁠Execute high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, emails, networking) to generate new business opportunities•⁠ ⁠Build and maintain relationships with mortgage brokers, real estate investors, and referral partners•⁠ ⁠Manage and track a pipeline of prospects using
CRM systems•⁠ ⁠Support clients throughout the loan process, ensuring consistent communication•⁠ ⁠Identify market trends and target high-quality opportunities•⁠ ⁠Assist with industry events, trade shows, and networking initiatives
Qualifications•⁠ ⁠1+ year of experience in sales, finance, or a related field preferred•⁠ ⁠Mortgage or financial services background is a plus•⁠ ⁠Strong phone presence and ability to handle high-volume outreach•⁠ ⁠Proven ability to generate leads and meet sales targets•⁠ ⁠Highly motivated, self-starter with a competitive mindset•⁠ ⁠Strong communication and relationship-building skillsProficiency with CRM platforms and basic business tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.)•⁠ ⁠Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
