Job Summary
The Cx Regional Manager is responsible for leading and delivering commissioning services across their assigned region, while also growing Impact Cx capabilities, client relationships, and team capacity. This role works closely with the Impact Cx Leadership Team, regional team members, and external project stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of fully commissioned buildings.
This position combines technical leadership, project management, business development, and people leadership. The Cx Regional Manager oversees commissioning projects from pre‑construction through close‑out, manages client relationships, supports regional business growth, and acts as a people manager for assigned team members.
This is a 100% remote position requiring approximately 50% travel, locally and nationally, to commissioning sites. As a Cx Provider / Project Manager, this role targets a 40–50% utilization rate.

Compensation & Benefits:
The expected base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $195,000 USD per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
