Your profile
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain environments
- Confidence in navigating complex decision-making processes with multiple stakeholders in upper mid-market and enterprise organizations
- Proven success in closing deals and managing complex sales cycles
- Understanding of procurement, manufacturing, or cost engineering processes
- Strong technical affinity and the ability to clearly and business-orientedly communicate software features
- Excellent communication and presentation skills combined with solid technological understanding
- Entrepreneurial mindset and high motivation to actively and hands-on contribute to revenue growth in a scale-up environment
- Structured, goal-oriented, and collaborative working style with strong CRM discipline

Your mission
- You manage the entire end-to-end sales process in the Baden-Württemberg region – from initial outreach to successful deal closure
- You are responsible for revenue (MRR) and growth in your region
- You proactively generate new leads through networking and on-site customer visits, working closely with your SDR
- You collaborate closely with marketing and customer success teams
- You conduct structured discovery calls and identify pain points in procurement, engineering, and operations
- You present our software solutions in a compelling, target-group–oriented manner
- You prepare proposals, lead negotiations, and manage multi-stage sales cycles
- You independently manage your pipeline, prioritize effectively, and keep deals consistently on track
- You work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, gather feedback, and contribute insights
